Source, screen, schedule, conduct interviews, and process all prospective candidates. Conduct screening interviews over the phone.
Actively source candidates for open positions/roles using all possible recruitment methods - web portals, postings, social networks, databases, referrals, and contacts.
Adhere to Creative Display recruitment policies.
Assist in developing recruitment forms.
Ensure unique professional candidate experience.
Job Requirements-
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Major Human Resources, or equivalent.
Extensive sourcing experience using social networks, research, and personal network.
Retail recruitment experience is preferable.
Fluent in English.
Able to communicate effectively across all levels.
Capable of working successfully within a team as well as independently.
