: We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Freelance Product Photographer to collaborate with our team on various product photography projects. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling, a keen eye for composition, and the ability to produce high-quality images that showcase products in their best light. Responsibilities:
- Photograph a wide range of products, including consumer goods, electronics, fashion items, food and beverages, and more.
- Work closely with clients or creative directors to understand their brand, product specifications, and visual requirements.
- Set up and style product shots, including backgrounds, props, and lighting, to create visually appealing and marketable images.
- Capture product details, textures, and features in a way that highlights their unique selling points and benefits.
- Edit and retouch photos to enhance clarity, color accuracy, and overall visual appeal while maintaining product authenticity.
- Ensure that final images meet client specifications and brand guidelines, including aspect ratios, resolutions, and file formats.
- Collaborate with post-production teams, including retouchers and graphic designers, to ensure consistent and cohesive imagery across marketing materials and platforms.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging techniques in product photography.
- Proven experience as a product photographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing product photography work.
- Proficiency with professional photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and accessories.
- Expertise in photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to capture product nuances and features accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and project requirements.
- Formal education or training in photography, visual arts, or a related field.
- Experience working with e-commerce platforms, retailers, or marketing agencies.
- Knowledge of studio photography techniques, including lighting setups, product styling, and composition.
- Understanding of product photography best practices for different industries and product categories.
- Knowledge of videography and video editing is a plus.
