OVERVIEW/BASIC FUNCTION: Graphic designer work to ensure that a brand remains recognizable, up to date and exciting to customers. Brand manager plan ways to promote and change the public perception of the brand. Brand manager is also responsible for making sure that branding is consistent across advertising and campaigns. He develops and head up team brainstorm sessions and spearhead the initial concepts of a project. He/she sees the project through the phases of production, edits and final execution and make sure the result and process match the goals and objectives. The role really centers on team management, providing creative vision, and execute. He cast vision, form concepts and pilot design philosophy. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Develop strategies and manage marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers\' expectations and to build the credibility of brand.
Supervising advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding.
Organizing events such as product launches, exhibitions and photo shoots.
Sets brand planning calendar, coordinates cross-functional activities and planning processes, manages timelines, and ensures timely completion of all deliverables.
Brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term
Working on designs in order to produce an effective advertising campaign.
Creating online artworks, such as promotion posts.
Ensure consistency in design across all the online and offline marketing channels.
Manage the production calendar
Offline projects.
Managing a full campaign project.
Working on UI for our landing pages and websites.
Creating presentations and editing the final results.
Building up storyboards for videos.
Working on videos and montage.
Creating plans for having a good exposure.
Handling stories in motion on social media platforms.
Working on animated videos.
Monitoring all the trends in the marketing.
OTHER FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media
Assisting with product development, pricing and new product launches as well as developing new business opportunities
ACCOUNTABILITY:
Monthly report for the Sales and Marketing Manager
Evaluate the teams progress based on the brands guidelines.
Report on the brands progress.
SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND LICENSES:
Experience:
5-7 years of experience in marketing / graphic design
Education:
Bachelor degree in graphic design or advertising and marketing
General Skills and Accuracy:
Analytical skills and attention to detail
An understanding of trends and an ability to respond to customers wishes
Creativity and an ability to produce innovative and original ideas
Team working skills
In-depth understanding of the companys current products and future concepts
The ability to manage and allocate budgets
Written and verbal communication skills
Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
An ability to think strategically and come up with campaigns
Technical Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to think creatively and innovatively
Professional in Adobe creative suit (After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator).
Language: English and Arabic
Licenses and Certifications - Digital marketing certificate
