WOW VIR is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in creating both images and videos specifically tailored for social media platforms. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong visual design skills, and the ability to translate marketing strategies into compelling visual content. Key Responsibilities: - Design and produce high-quality graphics and videos for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing goals. - Create engaging and on-brand graphics for various media, including social media posts, ads, banners, and promotional videos. - Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to ensure our social media content remains current and innovative. - Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting deadlines. - Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in social media graphics and videos. - Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.). - Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective requirements for image and video content. - Excellent visual design skills with a solid understanding of layout, typography, color, and branding. - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. - Strong communication skills and attention to detail. - Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with motion graphics and video editing. - Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics. - Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
