Are you charismatic, poised, and comfortable in front of the camera? We are seeking a dynamic individual to serve as a Real Estate Video Model for our property showcase videos. In this role, you will be the face of our properties, helping to bring them to life and engage potential buyers through captivating video content.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary on-camera talent for real estate property showcase videos.
• Showcase the features and highlights of each property with enthusiasm and authenticity.
• Collaborate closely with the video production team to ensure a smooth filming process and deliver high-quality video content and help in finalizing the video content.
• Take directions to convey the desired tone and message for each video.
• Maintain a professional and polished appearance on camera, representing Al Maqyas Real Estate in the best possible light.
• Engage with viewers and create a positive impression of our properties through your on-screen presence.
• Adapt to different filming environments and scenarios, showcasing flexibility and versatility as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in working with Real Estate Company is required.
• Charismatic and confident presence on camera, with the ability to convey enthusiasm and authenticity.
• Comfortable speaking on camera and delivering scripted lines naturally.
• Ability to take direction well and collaborate effectively with the team.
• Professional and polished appearance suitable for real estate videos.
• Reliable and punctual, with a commitment to meeting filming schedules and deadlines.
• Previous experience as an on-camera talent or model preferred.

Note: Compensation for this role will be provided on a per-video basis, matching with experience and expertise.
