We're looking for a talented and dynamic Freelance Digital Marketing Executive to manage our social media channels, optimize our website content, and generate both online and offline leads.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management :
• Create, schedule, and manage content for all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Develop and implement social media strategies to grow followers and engagement.
• Monitor trends, respond to comments, and interact with the audience.
• Design banners and visual content for social media campaigns using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar graphic design software.
Lead Generation :
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate quality leads online (via Google Ads, social media ads, etc.).
• Identify and implement offline marketing strategies to capture leads in physical spaces (events, partnerships, etc.).
• Track lead sources and provide insights to improve lead acquisition strategies.
Website Management :
• Coordinate with designers/developers to maintain and update the website.
• Optimize website content for SEO to increase organic traffic.
• Monitor website analytics and suggest improvements.
Email Marketing :
• Collaborate on creating and executing email marketing campaigns.
• Monitor email open rates, CTR, and suggest improvements for campaign performance.
Campaign Analytics & Reporting :
• Track the performance of campaigns and generate detailed reports on ROI and KPIs.
• Suggest data-driven strategies for improvement.
Collaboration & Coordination :
• Work closely with internal teams (designers, content creators) and external stakeholders.
• Develop marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
Key Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Canva).
• Proficiency in creating engaging visual content and banners for campaigns using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• Expertise in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
• Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and lead generation strategies.
• Experience with website content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
• Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics and email marketing tools (e.g., MailerLite, Mailchimp).
