Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Chef to manage the preparation and cooking at a food kiosk during a special 18-day event in Sharjah. The kiosk will specialize in Birria Tacos and Burgers , so prior experience in preparing these dishes is essential. You will be responsible for ensuring food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards are maintained throughout the event.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook Birria Tacos and Burgers according to set recipes.
• Ensure the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area.
• Manage food stock and monitor supplies.
• Comply with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in setting up and closing the kiosk daily.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in cooking Birria Tacos and Burgers .
• Ability to handle high-volume orders in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Valid food handler certificate is a plus.
• Immediate availability for the 18-day event and 2 days before to train.
Compensation:
• Competitive daily rate (to be discussed during the interview).
• Meals provided during shifts.
