- Conduct research, analyze transactions, and investigate suspicious activity
- Process KYC and do required checks for new customer onboarding
- Monitor and Identify player behavioural patterns and escalate any suspicious activity
- Communicate internally and with PSPs to resolve customer issues
- Develop and implement effective fraud prevention strategies, including rule sets, thresholds, and alerts.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging fraud trends to enhance fraud prevention efforts.
- Similar Experience in iGaming Industry
- Knowledge of KYC
- Excellent excel Skills
