We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Frappe Maker/Cashier to join our team. As a Frappe Maker/Cashier, you will be responsible for preparing delicious frappes, handling customer orders, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of frappes, smoothies, and other specialty beverages according to company recipes.
• Ensure all ingredients and equipment are maintained and in good working condition.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the beverage preparation area.
• Greet customers warmly and take their orders with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and provide accurate change.
• Ensure the accuracy of orders and communicate effectively with the kitchen and other team members.
• Handle customer complaints or inquiries with courtesy and efficiency.
• Keep the cashier station clean and organized at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a busy environment.
• Flexible schedule with availability on weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
