Your day to day

Truly memorable restaurant and bar experiences don\'t just come from delicious dishes, fine dining and exquisite ambiance. Which is why we\'re searching for a new Bar / Restaurant Waiter / Waitress confident in delivering unforgettable experiences through a warm welcome, inspired recommendations and seamless service from starter to dessert and beyond.

Every day is different, but you\'ll mostly be:

• Taking food and beverage orders from guests and delivering food to guest promptly after preparation.
• Provide immediate attention to all guest upon seating.
• Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses
• Up-sell additional products when appropriate.
• Provide every guest in the restaurant with full attention, reception and best possible care.
• Be thoroughly familiar with the sales-program and constantly informed on all promotions, novelties and changes in the sales-program.
• Maintain a good communication between bar staff and to build a disciplined, well harmonizing team, especially in view of:

• Strict following of the beverage preparation and presentation standard, service standards, closing and opening check lists and follow billing and cashiering procedures, cleaning checklists.
• Perform special duties and projects as assigned by the restaurant manager.
• Be familiar with local food hygiene and HACCP guidelines as per Dubai Municipality

What we need from you

\xe2\x97\x8f The strength to lift, push and pull big objects up to 50lbs (23 kg) which can also involve bending and kneeling
\xe2\x97\x8f A good grasp of reading, writing and basic maths
\xe2\x97\x8f The flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts
\xe2\x97\x8f Compliance with local laws on food handling and serving alcohol - you\'ll need to be above the minimum age required and fluent in the local language
\xe2\x97\x8f Great communication - you\'ll be warm, welcoming, and easy to talk to
