Job Description

Franchise Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing multiple franchise locations operating under food and beverage space (QSR). He/She would be responsible for ensuring the consistent implementation of company policies and procedures across all franchise locations, as well as maintaining brand standards and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

o Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures that maintain brand consistency

o Providing ongoing training and support to franchisees and their employees on company policies, products, and services

o Monitoring franchisee compliance with brand standards and policies

o Managing and resolving conflicts between franchisees and the company

o Regularly reviewing financial reports and performance metrics to ensure profitability of franchise locations

o Identifying and assessing potential new franchisees, and guiding them through the application and onboarding process

o Collaborating with other departments within the company to develop new products and services that can be implemented across all franchise locations

o Ensuring that food served from franchise locations meets food safety and regulatory standards as well as brand guidelines of taste and appearance

Qualifications:

o Bachelor's degree in business administration or food services, marketing, or a related field

o 5+ years of experience in franchise management, with a track record of driving business growth and profitability

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

o Strong leadership skills

o Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

o Familiarity with franchise regulations and compliance requirements

o Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with CRM software

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
