Job Summary

As a Frame Maker, you will be responsible for designing, building, and assembling custom frames to complement our lifecasting creations. This role requires precision, craftsmanship, and an eye for detail to ensure every frame meets our luxury standards and enhances the beauty of the finished product.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and construct custom frames for lifecasts, ensuring proper sizing and alignment.
• Work with various materials, including wood, metal, and acrylic, to create frames that suit client preferences.
• Add finishing touches, such as painting, polishing, and adding decorative elements.
• Collaborate with the lifecasting team to ensure seamless integration of lifecasts and frames.
• Provide guidance to clients on frame styles, colors, and materials to match their vision.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Source and manage materials, ensuring availability for custom projects.
• Uphold quality standards for all finished products, inspecting frames for defects or imperfections.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in carpentry, woodworking, or frame-making is preferred.
• Knowledge of tools and techniques for cutting, assembling, and finishing frames.
• Artistic and creative mindset with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work with a variety of materials, including wood, metal, and glass.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
• Understanding of safety protocols and equipment maintenance.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills for client interactions.
