FP&A Regional Lead Specialist - Mercer IMEA

In this role, you\'ll be at the forefront of financial planning and analysis, driving both short and long-term financial objectives as well as contributing to strategic business decisions. We will count on you to:
Manage financial planning and analysis to contribute to short and long-term financial goals, business operations, and decisions
Support Mercer President with financial reports, analysis, results and presentations including Operational reviews, strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting
Act as a business partner to collaborate with local management team and regional finance team
Lead financial systems initiatives and maintenance, including prioritization and tracking of proposed enhancements to systems utilized for reporting and analytics
Implement financial processes and systems to maximize the quality of financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
Create and maintain financial models, performs variance analyses, and develops business cases and investment summaries
Make recommendations to facilitate business and operational decision-making
Consult leadership across functions on financial issues to functional or operational management, to make key decisions
Manage, monitor, and ensure financial practices are conducted accurately and compliantly with regulations, laws and standards
Act independently to represent finance on cross-functional management teams for a function or business
Oversee the budget and financial operations at a complex function or large scale business level
Collaborate across multiple functions and businesses at a cross functional level, to resolve complex issues and provide strategic direction
What you need to have:
Degree in Accounting / Finance
Minimum 10 years of FP&A experience gained in MNC environment or sizable companies
Good command of English, spoken and written
Good interpersonal skills which foster positive relationships and teamwork
Excellent proficiency in Excel
