Job Description
FP&A Manager is required for an Abu Dhabi government entity. Sitting in a finance team of 25, you would report to the Director of FP&A.This role will suit someone who is ambitious and keen to continue quick growth in their career.The role will also act as Finance Business Partner to other senior managers in the group.Financial Planning
- Perform financial analysis and financial reporting for the group
- Preparing financial forecasts for the business
- Preparation of strategic plans, new business analysis, and budgets
- Conduct financial modelling (excel)
- Draft presentations and memorandums for senior management
- Developing and maintaining standardized management reporting templates, which will assist the company in monitoring financial and non-financial operational metrics
- Improves financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management
- MBA Finance
- Chartered Accountant with approx.. 5-7 yrs PQE
- Strong commercial acumen
- Previous Managerial experience is required
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to prioritize assignments/projects and multi-task within restricted time constraints
- Advance level MS Excel skills, ability to work with complex financial models involving large data sets
- Advanced Power Point skills, Power Bi
