Job Role: FP&A / Budget Resource

Place of Work: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical FP&A Resource to join our team. The FP&A Resource will be responsible for supporting the financial planning and analysis function of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.

Financial Planning: Assist in developing annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans. Collaborate with department heads to gather inputs, review assumptions, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Financial Analysis: Conduct variance analysis of actual vs. budget/forecast results to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Provide insights and recommendations to management based on financial performance.

Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making processes. Ensure accuracy, reliability, and consistency of financial data and assumptions.

Reporting: Prepare and distribute regular financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs to senior management and key stakeholders. Summarize key findings and highlight areas of concern or improvement.

Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of quarterly financial forecasts, including revenue, expenses, and cash flow projections. Analyze key drivers and assumptions to validate forecast accuracy.

Ad Hoc Analysis: Perform ad hoc financial analysis and scenario modeling to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and business planning activities. Respond to management inquiries and provide actionable insights.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve financial planning and analysis processes. Recommend and implement enhancements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness.

Qualifications and Key Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

5-6 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance roles.

Expert in Excel/PowerPoint skills required, experience with financial planning software.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with integrity.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
