In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality early years education, fostering a stimulating and engaging learning environment for young learners. UAE experience is preferable.Responsibilities:Plan and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons for FS2 students. Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that supports early childhood development. Assess student progress through observations, assessments, and reports, ensuring each childxe2x80x99s needs are met. Develop individualized learning plans for students with special educational needs. Maintain open and effective communication with parents, providing regular updates on student progress. Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment. Stay informed about best practices and new teaching methodologies in early childhood education. Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all students in the classroom.Requirements:Minimum of 3 yearsxe2x80x99 teaching experience within the UK National Curriculum. Employment stability is required. Native English speaker.
