Job Description
FORMWORK SUPERVISOR/ENGINEER
Minimum 5 years related experience in UAE
Need to Plan and execute civil structural Formwork work as per the approved drawing and same should get approval from consultant and client as per the specification & Coordinating construction work according to priorities and plans with the subcontractors
• Producing schedules and monitor attendance of labours
• Allocating general and daily responsibilities
• Supervise and train workers and trades people
• Monitor, Supervise & Ensure the use of machinery, equipment, manpower and resources are adequate and utilized upto its maximum
• Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met
• Monitor the wastages and ensure it remains within the tolerance
• Resolve problems when they arise or Report to engineer in charge .
• Report the daily progress to engineer in charge
• Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following guidelines, standards, and procedures.
