About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Formwork Site Engineer with in-depth knowledge of PERI and DOKA formwork systems to join our dynamic construction team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing, supervising, and optimizing formwork operations for complex and large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and supervise the implementation of PERI and DOKA formwork systems.
• Oversee the assembly, alignment, and dismantling of formwork structures, ensuring compliance with design and safety standards.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop efficient formwork schedules and strategies.
• Monitor material requirements, coordinate procurement, and inspect formwork components for quality and safety.
• Train and guide site teams in the proper use of PERI and DOKA systems, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure structural integrity and safety during and after formwork installations.
• Maintain detailed documentation of formwork activities, including usage, inspections, and reports.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
• Experience:
• Proven experience in formwork engineering with expertise in PERI and DOKA systems.
• Familiarity with formwork design software (e.g., PERI CAD, Tipos by DOKA).
• Hands-on experience in large-scale construction projects.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of formwork and scaffolding principles.
