Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Marble Site Foreman to oversee and manage all marble installation and finishing activities on construction sites. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for supervising crews, coordinating with other trades, and ensuring a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

:

Supervise marble installation, cutting, and finishing teams on-site. Ensure all marble work is completed according to project specifications, drawings, and quality standards. Coordinate with other trades and contractors to ensure the timely and efficient completion of the project. Manage materials, tools, and equipment to ensure there are no delays in the work process. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve any issues or discrepancies. Maintain safety standards and ensure that all workers follow OSHA regulations. Maintain communication with project managers and clients regarding work progress and any concerns. Train and mentor junior workers, ensuring proper techniques and safety protocols are followed. Assist in ordering materials and managing inventory for the marble-related work on-site.

Requirements

:

Proven experience as a Marble Foreman or in a similar supervisory role in the construction industry. In-depth knowledge of marble installation techniques, tools, and materials. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. Ability to manage and resolve on-site challenges and issues efficiently. Knowledge of safety protocols and commitment to ensuring a safe working environment.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
