Job Title: Foreman (Civil)

Qualification:

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering

Experience:

6 to 8 years (UAE experience required)

Salary:

AED 4,000 - 5,000 (Depending on experience)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Foreman to oversee and manage construction activities on-site. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in basement construction and be capable of ensuring smooth execution of work as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities.

Ensure proper sequencing of work and adherence to project timelines.

Manage and control labor workforce to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Oversee material usage, stock levels, and procurement to prevent shortages or wastage.

Coordinate effectively with subcontractors and relevant authorities to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations.

Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with safety standards and quality guidelines.

Report project progress and site issues to the project manager.

Requirements:

Strong expertise in basement construction and structural works.

Excellent understanding of work sequencing and site operations.

Proven ability to manage labor workforce and site resources effectively.

Experience in coordinating with subcontractors and local authorities.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Good communication and leadership abilities.
