Forklift Operator

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Forklift Operator who will inspect, operate, and maintain forklifts in a fast-paced environment, ensuring safety and efficiency in all operations. The Forklift Operator will be responsible for safely moving, loading, and unloading products and materials for all daily tasks.

- Inspect and operate assigned forklifts in a safe manner, adhering to all safety regulations and procedures
- Operate the forklift to transport goods from one area to another in the warehouse or production area
- Load and unload product from trucks, using proper safety methods
- Keep accurate documentation of inventory placards
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance to keep forklifts in good operating condition
- Display strong customer service skills and help maintain a clean and organized working environment
- Knowledge and experience operating a forklift or power industrial vehicle
- Understanding of safety procedures and best practices in a warehouse environment, including forklift maintenance
- Ability to safely stack palletized items up to 24\' high
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately count quickly
- Good organizational skills and ability to multitask
