We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Forex Relationship Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have over 1 year of experience in the forex industry and a deep understanding of the financial markets. This role is crucial in driving our business forward by leveraging established networks, acquiring new clients, and managing relationships with traders, Introducing Brokers (IBs), and affiliates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Leverage an established network within the forex industry to build and maintain relationships with traders and affiliates.
• Onboard and retain traders consistently exceeding client acquisition and retention targets.
• Utilize expertise in forex sales, business development, and relationship management to drive business growth.
• Identify and cultivate new business partnerships to expand the client base.
• Operate independently with an entrepreneurial mindset, focusing on performance-driven goals.
• Expand the company's global reach by applying experience in international markets.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the forex industry.
• Strong network within the forex industry, particularly with traders, IBs, and affiliates.
• Proven ability to onboard and retain clients, with a focus on traders and IBs.
• In-depth understanding of forex sales, business development, and client retention.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a performance-driven environment.
• Experience in international markets is a strong advantage.
• Fluency in English is required
