The Forex Business Development Manager is responsible for driving the company's growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities in the Forex market. This role requires a deep understanding of the forex industry, excellent sales skills, and the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will be proactive, results-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the forex market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Monitor industry developments and keep up-to-date with regulatory changes.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management in the forex industry.
- Strong knowledge of forex trading, financial markets, and related technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
