Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Foreman for our Fabrication department. The Foreman will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the fabrication team, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. This role requires strong leadership abilities, technical expertise in fabrication processes, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision and Coordination : Directly supervise fabrication staff, including assigning tasks, scheduling workloads, and ensuring adherence to production schedules.
• Quality Assurance : Monitor fabrication processes to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications. Implement corrective actions as necessary to address deviations.
• Safety Compliance : Enforce safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Conduct regular safety inspections and provide training on safety procedures.
• Technical Expertise : Possess a strong understanding of fabrication techniques, equipment operation, and materials. Provide guidance and technical support to resolve production issues.
• Team Leadership : Motivate and lead the fabrication team to achieve production goals. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Inventory Management : Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished products. Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Documentation and Reporting : Maintain accurate records of production activities, including work orders, inventory levels, and quality inspections. Generate reports as required by management.
• Training and Development : Identify training needs within the team and provide coaching to enhance skills and knowledge. Promote professional development
