- Minimum 15 years of supervisory experience for Welding General Foremen candidates
- Minimum 10 years of supervisory experience in the oil & gas fabrication yard for Welding Foremen candidates
- Experience in fabricating Deck, Topside, Jacket, Piping, and pipeline
- Preference for candidates with ARAMCO / ADNOC / SABIC / Blue Water / ONGC or other reputed client similar projects work experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in welding is required
- Having a Valid IWT / IWS/ AWS/ CSWIP Certificate is preferred
- Basic knowledge of NDE / NDT techniques
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and equipment
- Basic knowledge of ferrous and non-ferrous materials
- Understanding of stress relieving processes
- Familiarity with International Welding, Offshore Fabrication and Shipbuilding Standards (AWS D1.1, ASME VIII, ASME IX, EEMUA 158)
- Thorough knowledge of welding consumables designation systems, estimation, ordering, consumption follow up, handling, utilization, and control
- Understanding of preheating and inter-pass control monitoring including various heat treatment processes
