Foreman
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Site Foreman to join our team and oversee day-to-day construction activities on our Warehouse/ Industrial projects. This role plays a critical role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Interpret and implement construction plans and specifications.
• Supervise and direct a crew of construction workers, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing feedback.
• Ensure a safe work environment by implementing and enforcing safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate and complete daily logs and reports on project progress, labor hours, and material usage.
• Identify and resolve any construction problems or delays promptly.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, inspectors, and engineers.
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
