DescriptionJob Summary: Looking for a Foreman in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (UAE)Job Key Details:
- Plan and allocate duties to the project team members
- Oversee project work for quality and timely delivery
- Implement the safety policy at the site
- Check raw materials for quality and correct specification
- Prepare purchase request for various projects and interpret drawings
- Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements
- Undertake any other related tasks as may be required
- The applicant must have an Engineering Degree
- Must have a minimum of 5 years f UAE experience in villas, handling tasks from excavations to finishing
- Ability to plan, organize, implement and evaluate assigned goals
- Must be able to understand and document workflows
- Ability to handle multiple and conflicting priorities and work under strict deadlines
- Should have knowledge in use of MS office packages
- Must have a valid UAE driving license
