We are seeking a reliable and experienced

Moving Foreman

to lead our moving teams in providing top-quality relocation services. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on moving experience, and the ability to coordinate and execute moves efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead moving crews during residential and commercial moves. Ensure all packing, loading, unloading, and unpacking procedures are performed safely and efficiently. Assign tasks to crew members and ensure timely completion. Inspect and secure items to prevent damage during transportation. Communicate effectively with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction. Maintain inventory of moving supplies and equipment. Adhere to safety protocols and company policies. Train new employees as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience in the moving industry, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing situations. Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,200.00 per month
