Deluxe Holiday Homes is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our Maintenance department as a Foreman | Jr Engineer. In this pivotal role, your primary responsibility will encompass the meticulous supervision and seamless coordination of exteriors and interiors fit-out works and maintenance activities, with the ultimate goal of guaranteeing the uninterrupted operation of our holiday homes\' Fit Out (interiors -exteriors) and Contracting projects, particularly focusing on the finished luxury villas located in Al Aqah, Fujairah.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of fit-out and maintenance technicians and provide guidance and support.
• Plan and prioritize fit-out & maintenance tasks to meet deadlines and ensure efficient operations.

• Perform routine inspections of the villas to identify maintenance needs.

• Constant checking for any damages, malfunctions, or safety hazards.

• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for fit-out, repairs and maintenance services.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

• Responsible to conducting safety training, implementing safety protocols, and maintaining proper documentation.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any issues to the management.

• Documenting completed tasks, recording equipment maintenance, and providing regular updates.

• Collaborate with other departments, such as Housekeeping and Front Office, to address maintenance-related concerns and provide support as needed.

• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in maintenance techniques to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance operations.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum a high school diploma or higher. Additional certifications or technical training in maintenance-related fields are a plus.
• UAE driving license is a must.

• Not less than 5 years of proven experience in Fit out/ Contracting industry.

• Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and techniques including electrical, plumbing and HVAC.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays, if required.

• Candidate should be willing to relocate to Fujairah - Al Aqah.
