Job Description

1. Lead and supervise joinery and interior fit-out projects in production as well as installation to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project schedules.

2. Ensure the highest quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.

3. Review and interpret project plans, shop drawings, and specifications, ensuring that work is carried out in accordance with design intent.

4. Conduct regular inspections to ensure that workmanship and quality meet company standards and client expectations.

5. Manage and maintain effective communication channels with all project team members, General Foreman and Factory Manager providing clear and concise instructions, updates, and feedback as required.

6. Identify any issues that arise during production and promptly contact the Joinery General Foreman and Factory Manager for resolution.

7. Support and supervise workers, including carpenters, electricians, and painter, in their daily tasks.

8. Collaborate with General Foreman and colleagues from other sections to ensure smooth workflow and efficient completion of projects.

9. Monitor and enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure and hazard-free work environment.

Qualifications

1. Foreman in Joinery and Fit Out Wood Company

2. Minimum 5 years experience with joinery and fit out

3. Ability to read drawings and specifications

Salary

AED 4,000 - AED 7,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
