Job Description
We are currently seeking a qualified Foreman to join our team in Jeddah. If you have excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities: . Assessing the needs and requirements of various organizational units for different materials and establishing purchasing priorities accordingly. . Conducting specialized studies, analyses, and market surveys to achieve the best purchasing price and ensure the required quality. . Researching and evaluating potential suppliers to ensure the delivery of services and products with high quality and on time. . Building a database for frequently consumed materials and their key suppliers. . Supervising the process of receiving bids from service providers and evaluating them. . Ensuring compliance with all internal and regulatory policies and procedures related to purchasing operations. Preferred Knowledge in: 1. Construction Materials. 2. Plumbing Materials. 3. Electrical Equipment. 4. HVAC Products. 5. Power Tools. 6. Heavy Equipment Rental. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 2. Experience in the purchasing and contracting department. 3. Fluency in spoken and written English. 4. Integrity and honesty, negotiation skills to secure the best price, effective communication, and supplier relationship management. Please send your CV
