Job Description

• Proven experience as a Foreman or Supervisor in HVAC systems installation, maintenance, or repair projects.
• Hands-on experience with HVAC systems including heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration.
• Experience managing teams, coordinating with subcontractors, and overseeing project timelines in an HVAC context.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting HVAC blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
• Familiarity with HVAC controls, thermostats, ductwork, and energy-efficient systems.
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and best practices specific to HVAC systems and installation.
• Experience implementing and enforcing safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure a safe work environment.
• Familiarity with HVAC tools, equipment, and technologies, including diagnostic instruments and system testing.
• Basic understanding of cost estimation, budgeting, and resource management for HVAC projects.
• Understanding of local, state, and federal HVAC codes and regulations.
• Experience ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for HVAC installations and maintenance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
