Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced

Foreman

to oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. You will lead a team, manage resources, and ensure safety compliance across multiple construction areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site operations and manage crew performance. Ensure work quality, compliance with safety standards, and adherence to project specs. Manage material, equipment, and resource scheduling. Collaborate with project managers and resolve on-site issues. Maintain accurate records of progress, labor, and equipment use.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in construction, with a focus on sewage, drainage, water pipelines, or building contracting. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. OSHA 30-Hour certification (preferred), with a solid understanding of construction safety. Ability to manage teams and ensure quality control on complex projects. High School Diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications are a plus. Prefer for immediate joiner.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
