- Supervise daily maintenance operations, ensuring timely and quality completion of tasks
- Coordinate with technicians, safety officers, and team leaders to handle emergency callouts effectively
- Ensure procurement of materials and tools aligns with Material Requisitions (MR) and operational timelines
- Maintain inventory of spare parts, consumables, and materials to support routine and emergency maintenance
- Research suppliers and materials to ensure cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality standards
- Manage workforce deployment, prioritizing emergency interventions and maintenance tasks
- Respond promptly to emergency situations, ensuring effective resolution and communication with stakeholders
- Participate in toolbox talks and team meetings to enforce workplace safety standards
- Ensure compliance with company procedures for material procurement and site operations
- Identify potential safety hazards and implement proactive measures to mitigate risks
- Recommend cost-saving strategies for procurement and maintenance while maintaining operational efficiency
- Monitor and report on site operation budgets, ensuring alignment with financial targets
- Prepare and submit reports on site operations, procurement, and emergency callout handling
- Maintain accurate records of materials purchased, work completed, and safety inspections
- Perform additional administrative tasks as requested by the Property Supervisor or Head of Department to support smooth site operationsSkills & Qualifications
