Job Description
We are looking for a reliable Foreman to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our construction sites. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of construction processes, and the ability to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: -Oversee daily operations on construction sites -Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and workers -Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget -Monitor and enforce safety regulations -Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and compliance -Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on site -Maintain accurate records and documentation -Communicate project progress to management Qualifications: -Proven experience as a Foreman or in a similar role -Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations -Excellent leadership and communication skills -Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans -Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail -Physical stamina to work on construction sites -Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends What We Offer: -Competitive salary -Opportunities for career advancement -A supportive and collaborative work environment -Employee benefits and perks -Training and development programs Send resume if you are in UAE!
