DescriptionJob Summary: Looking for a Foreman in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)Job Key Details:

Plan, oversee and coordinate daily site operations through ensuring all roles are conducted to the required standards
Oversee site workers to obtain the best results
Monitor site operations and respond to issues on a daily basis
Make sure proper safety procedures are followed at all times and participate in site meetings with the construction team members as necessary
Make suggestions of hiring or firing of site workers as may be required
Prepare and maintain site activity reports on a regular basis
Identify and communicate to the manager any priority problems
Conduct any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

Should be an experienced foreman with several years of experience in a contracting company
Must be able to work well under pressure and ensure the workers meet deadlines
Strong leadership and motivational skills
Good communication skills required
Must be a good problem solver
The applicant must have a valid UAE driving license
Only Asian candidates are required
