Job DetailForeman (Crane Service)- Dubai Engineering & TechnicalPosition Title: Foreman - Crane ServiceDepartment - Crane ServiceLocation - United Arab EmiratesExperience - More than 15+ Years of experience in Crane ServiceQualification - Bachelors / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering :
- Provide the workshop technicians with instructions and directions to guide and support the technicians about trouble shooting, repairing methods, efficiency and service quality.
- Assign and instruct technician on site job and breakdowns.
- follow up with outside and breakdown calls.
- Ensure all jobs are carried out by technician as per manufacturing recommendation and right parts are used.
- control of maintenance protocol and field service report and to take corrective and preventive action as and when a deviation found.
- Responsible for daily planning of workshop
- Ensure that customer commissioned services are carried out so that customers expectations are requirements are met.
- Test the crane/ equipment before sending to customer site.
