:

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily construction site operations.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for management.
Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve any issues.
Supervise and train site workers as necessary.
Qualifications:

Valid UAE Manual Driving License.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Foreman in the construction or interior design industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications.
Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
