Job Description
POSITION:
RUBBER LINING TECHNICIAN Responsible to handle all types of rollers for recoating of rubber. He should know how to take the rubber sheet measurement (sheet preparation) for spools and tank rubber lining He should understand the drawings and perform the lining job accordingly. He should have previous lining experience of spools and tanks of marine and offshore industries. He must be capable to handle the lining jobs individually and in a team. Handle the all types of lining jobs. He must inspect the sites for lining repair works. Handle the extrusion machine work for rubber beading and rubber profile works. Vulcanize all the rubber beading/road safety items as produces in extrusion machine. Must handle all types of cone and vessel recoating jobs with abra sheet and rubber sheet. Maintain and safe keeping all the tools and equipments related to lining site jobs. Manage all types of autoclave, cold vulcanization and hot vulcanization jobs.
