Female Social Media Expert with Paid Ads Campaign Experience

We are looking for a Female Social Media Expert with proven experience in paid social media advertising campaigns (not just boosting posts). Who can manage and execute high-impact paid ads on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and more. If you're passionate about social media marketing and have a track record of running successful paid campaigns, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and manage paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)

- Execute advanced targeting strategies and manage paid advertising budgets to drive ROI

- Monitor and optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative adjustments

- Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to continuously improve ad performance

- Collaborate with the creative team to craft compelling ad copy, images, and video content

- Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including key metrics, trends, and recommendations

- Stay current with the latest trends, strategies, and best practices in social media advertising

Requirements:

- Female candidates only

- Proven experience running paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, etc.) -- not just boosting posts

- Strong knowledge of ad platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads

- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance data and adjust strategies to optimize results

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Creative and strategic thinker with attention to detail

- Ability to manage budgets and work with ad spend optimization strategies

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with Google Analytics and other performance tracking tools

- Experience with lead generation or e-commerce campaigns

- Understanding of SEO , content marketing , and email marketing strategies
