We are looking for an experienced and passionate football coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the game, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate young players.
Candidates with UAE certification for football coaching will be given priority.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement training programs suited to various skill levels and age groups.
Lead regular practice sessions, drills, and fitness training.
Provide technical and tactical guidance to players.
Monitor player progress and provide constructive feedback.
Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all participants.
Assist in organizing football matches, tournaments, and events.
Collaborate with the academy's management and staff to meet overall goals.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a football coach (coaching certification preferred).
In-depth knowledge of football techniques, strategies, and rules.
Ability to work with youth players of all skill levels.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for developing talent and fostering teamwork.
First aid certification (preferred).
UAE certification for football coaching will be given priority.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
