Cosmos Sports Academy, a division of Cosmos Sports, is specialized in training and coaching for various sports, including badminton, football, basketball, swimming, and more. We are dedicated to nurturing young athletes and fostering a passion for sports through high-quality training and mentorship.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate football coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the game, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate young players.

Candidates with UAE certification for football coaching will be given priority.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement training programs suited to various skill levels and age groups.
• Lead regular practice sessions, drills, and fitness training.
• Provide technical and tactical guidance to players.
• Monitor player progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all participants.
• Assist in organizing football matches, tournaments, and events.
• Collaborate with the academy's management and staff to meet overall goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a football coach (coaching certification preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of football techniques, strategies, and rules.
• Ability to work with youth players of all skill levels.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for developing talent and fostering teamwork.
• First aid certification (preferred).
• UAE certification for football coaching will be given priority.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
