job Title: Food Trading operation Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and optimize production and logistics.
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and product quality.
Coordinate different departments to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor performance and prepare operational reports. Manage inventory and ensure product availability.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management in the UAE, preferably in the food industry. Strong leadership and organizational skills
