• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and adherence to food safety standards in the restaurant.
• Supervise the receipt and storage of food items.
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of meals, ensuring the quantity served to students is appropriate.
• Audit accounting records for meals provided to students.
• Maintain daily and weekly follow-up records in the restaurant.
• Monitor the implementation of maintenance work in the catering company's restaurants.
• Prepare inventory records and schedule periodic maintenance.
• Participate in committees related to nutrition services and follow up on their tasks.
• Prepare statistics on nutrition and analyze related questionnaires.
• Coordinate with the contracted nutrition company
