POSITION: Food Service Sales Executives / Managers ( Dubai / Abu Dhabi )
Job Summary:
As a HORECA Sales Executive / Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to expand our presence in the assigned sales territory. Your role involves on boarding new accounts while focusing on retention, and reactivation strategies that will elevate our presence in the HORECA market.
Responsibilities:
• Dealing with existing accounts and acquire new ones.
• Maximize volume and revenue in key assigned food service accounts
• Build strong, influential and collaborative business relationships with the HORECA
• Correct positioning of the brand and the product portfolio in the territory
• Responsible for building the right sales forecast and managing the product inventories with the outlets
• Active search for new channel generation for the business
• Undertake new accounts development initiatives with proper market survey, competition analysis and market penetration.
• Be responsible for the marketing of our products and services to both B to B and B to C markets
• Deliver timely and accurate sales forecasting and reporting
• Analyze and report business results and trends on a weekly/ monthly basis
• Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet our core values
Requirements:
At least 5 years sales exposure in HORECA segment.
Strong Food Service contacts
Male/Female candidates, Graduate/ Higher courses in retail management,
Good communication skills, Customer care, Product Knowledge, Market intelligence, Networking skills, Negotiation skills, ability to convince the customers etc.
We only consider candidate with relevant experience in FMGC field with special preference to distribution sales to Hotels/ restaurants etc.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
