Our client in the FMCG, Food and Beverage production and is looking for :
Develop and implement food safety protocols and standards, including HACCP, to ensure compliance with relevant food safety regulations.
Conduct regular food safety inspections operations to ensure that all food is being handled and stored properly.
Respond to food-related incidents, such as food poisoning, and conduct investigations to determine the cause and implement corrective actions.
Manage food waste by developing and implementing a food waste management program.
Collaborate with the QHSE Manager and other stakeholders to establish and maintain a program of continuous improvement in food safety management.
Keep up-to-date with changes in food safety regulations and ensure compliance with these regulations in the company F&B operations.
Assist in implementing safety initiatives.
Food safety incident reports: documenting any incidents related to food safety that occur within the company F&B operations.
Food safety inspection reports: documenting the results of regular food safety inspections of the compay F&B operations.
Compliance reports: ensuring that the company is meeting all relevant food safety regulations and laws.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in agriculture food science department or vet.
HACCP Certified or Advanced Food Hygiene Certificate is a plus.
Proven experience as a food safety auditor or food safety inspector in Hospitality field.
Excellent command of both written and spoken English language.
Excellent Microsoft office skills.
Good knowledge of food safety regulations, data analysis and risk assessment.
Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability.
Naturally collaborative and able to quickly build effective working relationships and influence across the organization and with external partners to improve practices.
Resilient and able to manage competing priorities.
