POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a dedicated Food Safety Engineer to support our factory operations in critical areas of expertise. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. Key responsibilities will include:

Promote quality awareness across the company; contribute to the development of competence of quality professionals across the organization.
Ensure compliance to FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, Halal Standard and any other standard in terms of Quality and FS systems.
Ensure compliance to all FS standards (assessment, implementation, coordination) - CTT Coordinator.
Ensure compliance to Q-compliance requirements
Coordinate and update HACCP studies, Food Defense study and Food Fraud study
Ensure chemical contaminants surveillance plan update
Participate in QMS review
Organize and manage all quality & FS documentation and provide assistance to other departments in the management of their documentation
Define and update the specific quality & FS procedures, instruction and tools
Plan & organize FS activities systems
Support Nestlé Continuous Excellence program for zero defect, including root cause analysis after incidents
Ensure employees training in areas of expertise
Assess that Quality & FS Management System is in place, and is obtaining expected results (ex: Internal audit)
Ensure any task related to Food Safety topic
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL...
Engineer degree in Food Industry Science or related field
2 to 4 years of experiences on Quality management
proficient in the Quality and Food Safety standards FSSC 22000 / ISO 22000 / ISO 9001 and the Pre-Requisite Programs for Food Safety (PRPs)
Strong knowledge in Microbiology, foreign bodies, allergens, and chemical hazards
Good communication in both French and English
