About Us:

Tita Yara is a celebrated Middle Eastern & Mediterranean fusion restaurant based in Sharjah, known for its exceptional dining experience and luxurious atmosphere. We are seeking a professional Waitress to join our dedicated team, helping to provide outstanding service to our guests.

As a Waitress at Tita Yara, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests receive prompt, friendly, and efficient service. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that our guests have everything they need to enjoy their meals.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and present them with the menu and daily specials.
• Take food and beverage orders and make recommendations when appropriate.
• Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure all orders are served on time and to the highest quality standards.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Provide a high level of customer service and maintain a pleasant dining experience for our guests.
• Assist in setting up and clearing tables, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
• Process bills and handle payment transactions.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues with a professional demeanor.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Waitress or in a similar role in a restaurant or cafe.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly and outgoing personality with a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Well-groomed appearance and adherence to the restaurant's dress code.
• High school diploma; additional certification in hospitality or customer service is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
