About Us:

Teeta Yara is a celebrated Middle Eastern & Mediterranean fusion restaurant based in Sharjah, known for its exceptional dining experience and luxurious atmosphere. We are seeking a professional Runner to join our dedicated team, helping to provide outstanding service to our guests.

As a Runner at Tita Yara, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests receive prompt, friendly, and efficient service by supporting the waitstaff and ensuring that orders are delivered to tables in a timely manner. You will assist in maintaining the flow of service in the dining area and help create a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Assist waitstaff by delivering food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area promptly.
• Ensure that orders are complete, properly plated, and meet the restaurant's quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and waitstaff to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Assist in setting up and clearing tables, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
• Respond quickly to guest requests and assist with any additional needs.
• Refill water, bread, and other table items as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to assist with any guest inquiries.
• Support waitstaff in managing and prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role in a restaurant or cafe.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly and outgoing personality with a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Well-groomed appearance and adherence to the restaurant's dress code.
• High school diploma; additional certification in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
• Physical stamina to carry heavy trays and stand for long periods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
