Food Consultant
Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Food Manager Consultant to oversee and improve our cafeteria and cafe operations on a part-time basis.
Location: Sharjah, Al Nahda 2, UAE
Qualification: Masters / Bachelors
Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the cafeteria and cafe, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to design and update menus, considering customer preferences and seasonal ingredients.
• Develop & manage budgets, ensuring cost control and profitability.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely & cost-effective procurement of ingredients and supplies.
• Analyze sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and sales.
